2) 205 Hudson Street, application for a change in liquor license to catering facility for AFNYC LLC d/b/a American Flatbread NYC – Possible resolution This will likely be controversial, since nearby residents are already unhappy about the congestion and noise from the two event spaces (Tribeca Rooftop and Three Sixty) in the same building and with the same owner.

1) Review CB1 sidewalk café guidelines and zoning regulations and recommend revisions, with Richard Suarez, Planner, Department of City Planning – Resolution This came out of the sidewalk atrium that the city council approved for 11 Sixth Ave. (over CB1’s objection).

Confused re: liquor license for American Flatbread… Did they not already confirm they were closed for good? (Sad news)
Has something changed or is the applicant the landlord?
The owner (or at least an owner) of that American Flatbread is the owner of Tribeca Rooftop and Three Sixty, so I’d assume he wants to convert American Flatbread to an event space like his other businesses (i.e., one that doesn’t need foot traffic).
