••• The staff at Saleya has been telling a regular patron that the latest the restaurant will remain open is December 19.
••• Tenoverten is making good on its promise to open a nail salon closer to 1 World Trade Center. According to the invitation to a media preview, the outpost opens in November on the second floor of 121 Fulton St., and it’ll have “special features that cater to our Financial District clientele.” Bloomberg terminals instead of iPads?
••• Heard an interesting rumor that the former Bubble Lounge space is being split into two storefronts, one at 228 W. Broadway and one at 8 N. Moore.
••• A reader has a sublet, if you’re in the market: “$4,300/mo. approximately 900 square foot 1 bedroom at 40 Harrison starting November 1. Currently, the living room has been divided in order to accommodate a small child’s room—apartment can be rented with or without the bedroom setup.” Let me know if you’re interested and I’ll pass it along.

I heard that rumor too, but the place was always listed as one store, not divisible.
