As promised, it’s time for the second-annual reader poll about the best new restaurants and shops in Tribeca, along with the year’s biggest bummers. The survey includes a handful demographic questions; responses are 100% anonymous (I won’t be able to tell who submitted what). It’s been almost two years since the last demographic survey, and having up-to-date information is crucial to the viability of this site.
