The former Rheanne White salon at 14 Jay will indeed be a hair salon: David Adams and Frank Rizzieri, both well-known in the editorial and entertainment worlds, plan on opening an as-yet-unnamed salon there in early January. The salon will have an emphasis on color and treatments, while still offering styling, cutting, and extensions. “We have a saying,” says Rizzieri. “Beautiful color begins with healthy hair.” More on the salon, which will use Aveda products, when it debuts.
