But then then DNAinfo reported that “all cranes are to cease operations on Saturday in anticipation of a windy weekend, according to the city’s Department of Buildings.”
••• Tribeca Treats is showing admirable Valentine’s Day spirit. It set me off on a P.M. Dawn binge.
••• Speaking of lyrics: Kanye West mentions Tribeca in a song off his new album, which appears to be called The Life of Pablo. From “Father Stretch My Hands, Pts. 1 and 2”:

Genius says it’s “We was down to Tribeca,” but other sites all say “We was down in Tribeca.” Either way it’s sort of weak.
