••• A tipster reports that renderings exist for the new L+M Development Partners building at 23-31 Park Row, one of two developments on the block between Beekman and Ann: “I was impressed. All could change this early, but looks to be around 50 or more stories for high-end condos. Lots of large black metal frame windows and stone. Definitely more 30 Park Place than 8 Spruce.” There’s nothing on the Department of Buildings site yet; if anyone cares to send over a rendering, I’m waiting with open arms.
••• Flyers went up at Church/Warren yesterday at 4:30 p.m. for a Nike shoot starting today at 6 a.m. and tomorrow. Thanks for the notice.
••• Burst sprinklers at By Suzette mean the crêperie will be closed for repairs for a while.
••• Lyons Den Power Yoga is introducing a kids’ program: “Lyons Den Power Cubs is a 12-week yoga and mindfulness program for children ages 3-5, and 6-9 years. (We will accept children as young as 30 months if parents believe they are ready.) Children learn principles of yoga in a fun, playful, and imaginative way. Spring Program meets twice a week beginning February 29 and ends May 25.” There’s a free class today; contact info@lyonsdenpoweryoga.com for info.
••• There was a Sies Marjan fashion show in the penthouse at 100 Barclay. Not sure where this photo originated—Douglas Elliman tweeted it—but you can get a sense of the space. I visited the penthouse a few months ago (no photos allowed at that point); it was very “villain lair.”
