••• The developer of grand old 346 Broadway—which is being converted to condos—has changed its mind about where it wants to move a marble staircase. What’s possibly more of note in the Tribeca Trib article is the rendering of the 6,000-plus-square-foot second-floor restaurant, to be accessible via Lafayette.
