The first one is what’s posted at the site; the second was handed out at Community Board 1 (after the first one had materialized). Time will tell….
••• I’m on record as loving the new Selldorf Architects building at 10 Bond Street. I hadn’t realized till the other night was that it has shades on the outside of the building; they were rippling a bit in the breeze. Not sure I’ve seen that elsewhere….

Yes…curbs, where marked, are being replaced.
Replaced?? What a waste of money and labor. Just leave them without the crappy plastic covering that become torn after a few months. Smoothing the concrete is best. I’ve seen too many people tripping on the plastic ones.
