••• Regarding the recent In the News item about Citigroup’s renovation: “The Tribeca Trib piece was inaccurate and has been corrected,” emailed a rep for the company. “We have always spoken of a five year construction timeline, to be completed by the end of 2019. That has not changed and remains in place today.” I changed that post accordingly. She also cleared me to run this rendering from Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, which shows the Greenwich Street side, including the spared trees.
••• The Sherman Zwicker is back at Pier 25: That’s the boat that’s home to Grand Banks, which will reopen April 14 for drinks, with food service starting May 1.
••• I don’t know/care whether 70 Vestry has officially topped out, but you can get a sense of its roofline now.
••• Always nice to see a new Baron von Fancy billboard going up (but apparently it’s a Britishism, which is I’ve only ever heard that phrase as “Better You Than Me”).
••• Opening March 31 at Gary Graham: A shop-within-the-shop curated by Sean Scherer of Kabinett & Kammer, a “design firm and antiques business in Andes, N.Y.” You can expect “antique maps, porcelain, and other period objects.”

The second photo of 70 Vestry looks like they placed a US flag on top in recognition of topping out.
Looks like the North portion of the Citigroup addition is going to step forward a lot more than the existing building?
Walked by there this morning. The existing North building already steps forward much more than the South building.
