••• “My wife and I visited Louisville over the long weekend and surprised Rocco Cadolini, late of Roc Tribeca, at his new restaurant in Louisville,” reports Bob. “It is a beautiful, larger new place with the same name as its NYC forebear, similar menu and was packed and very busy when we dined there on Saturday. Rocco and his wife Stacy have settled well and are making a big success of their move to the ‘northernmost southern city.'”
