One of the last remaining manufacturing businesses at street level in Tribeca has left: Artflag, formerly at 8 Jay. “After 32 years in Tribeca, we have move across the Hudson River to Edgewater, N.J.,” said Artflag’s George David Weiner. “It just become too expensive to manufacture custom made banners & flags in the city.” There are undated listings that show the space both for sale and for rent.
