Me too. I left a year ago after 35 years in the ‘hood. My breaking point: Ken and Barbie moved in across the street with their two perfect toddlers and two uniformed nannies. I’m sure she kept saying, “honey, for $10mil I didn’t think we’d have neighbors.”
Every time I read these I’m reminded of how much more I preferred the Tribeca of the late 70s-early 80s.
