If you look on the SLA search tool, the Elmwood Ventures Buddha Bar condtionally approved license is listed as disabled when clicking the history over a location when entering in 62 thomas street. It could have been disabled for the possible reasons: the “and TBD”, conditional approval lapse like tetsu due to construction delays. Looking at the DOB site, Buddha Bar had to change contractors in March due to a “audit notice to revoke” issued to the old contractors in December. If you look in CB documents from resolutions in September, the update on Buddha Bar was updated stipulations. This could be Buddha Bar vs Community Board 1 Round 2 or will the locals have no choice but to accept fate.
