1) Street Activity Permit Application for New York Fashion Week: The Shows; 9:00AM, Thursday, January 7, 2019 – 9:00PM, Wednesday, February 13, 2019; various locations throughout Tribeca – Resolution
It would be helpful if this agenda item included the “various locations through Tribeca.” Also, five weeks of “Fashion Week” seems unlikely; sure enough, January 7 isn’t a Thursday, but February 7 is.

From the Port Authority’s website: “The Port Authority controls two ferry terminals, one at Hoboken and one at Battery Park City. Worth Street has always been filthy – even before the construction began…there’s homeless people galore, waterbugs on the street at night, rats in the AM, and nobody in TriBeCa picks up after their dogs….I walking looking down the whole time…
Re the quality of life committee meeting: DDC and Con Ed are also the culprits for the endless, seemingly unproductive work (including months more of weekends than originally promised) at Bogardus Triangle.
