Meet LMHQ – Your Affordable Meeting and Event Space, Located Just Down The Street

Meet LMHQ! Located at 150 Broadway, we want you to think of us as your Lower Manhattan Headquarters. We’re run by the Alliance for Downtown New York and we’re committed to helping you make the most of your meetings. Between our friendly staff and our affordable spaces, we make it easy to get things done.

Our flexible, plug-and-play Event Space can accommodate up to 120 people and includes a dedicated Production Assistant to help ensure the success of your event. It’s a great place to host a company town hall, alumni events, panels, trainings, conferences and/or meetups.

If you’re looking for a smaller gathering, our meeting rooms can accommodate 2-40 people and start at $50/hour. They can also be booked by the day or week and come fully equipped with everything from Wi-Fi to walls you can write on. These spaces are great for offsite meetings, brainstorms, workshops, training sessions, and pitches.
