The Department of Buildings has plans filed for a boutique hotel at 21 Park Place, the building that once housed Tent & Trails (sniff) and that pancaked last December, taking bits of all its neighbors with it.

Despite the fact that the paperwork (which is online, so not really paper) says it’s an SRO, architect Michael J. Gadaleta, who submitted the plans, says it is in fact a boutique hotel. The stats: 151 feet high, 14 stories, 11 dwelling units (this last part doesn’t make sense…). Renderings TK. Hotels seem to be the development du jour, what with 86 Warren, Pearl Street Marriott, A-Loft, what else?
