Roger Gural’s very last day at Arcade Bakery is scheduled for this Friday, August 2, and what happens after that is still up in the air. I have received and forwarded at least 13 emails from interested parties, even some from neighborhood folk that would offer interesting and exciting prospects. But Roger said while he has met with several people and is hoping for an offer, the future of the bakery is still uncertain.

Since his announcement, things have been very busy, and no doubt will continue for these last five days.
