DESIGNS FOR THE GANSEVOORT PENINSULA
The Hudson River Park Trust rolled out the first renderings of the design for the Gansevoort Peninsula, which includes a playing field, dog run, beach and more.

IN THE NEWS
Michelle Obama has lunch at Locanda Verde. Plus a review of public open spaces; progress on the performing arts center at the WTC; Artists & Fleas moving a bit closer to us; a celebrity-filled building has a unit for sale.
