Freelance photog Jimin Kim was kind enough to share these wonderful images from the Battery Dance Festival at Wagner Park, which took place all last week. These were taken on August 15, when Darshana Jhaveri and the drummers and dancers of Manipur showcased classical Indian dances to commemorate India’s annual Independence Day.
