It’s creepy, but it could have an interesting street art background. Where is it?

Well, that didn’t take long. Buttons ID’ed it — on the south side of White in front of the Roxy.

It’s the work of street artist Mr. Twogoobs, who, from my examination of his social media pages, paints abandoned bikes like this one. (Though one woman of FB accuses him of vandalizing a perfectly good bike.) Who can tell us how long it’s been there?
