TOYS TO KIDS IN NEED + DELIVERY!
Boomerang Toys is still running its efforts to get toys to homeless kids. “It has felt so good to be able to get toys out to those in need,” said Karen Barwick. And the store is now also offering delivery. Pictures of the store and products are on our website and customers can call and place phone orders. (Thanks to F. for the pic.)

FREE BEER!
Torch & Crown, the new Soho brewery whose opening was stalled by the coronavirus, is thanking first responders with free beer this Friday, May 15, from 1 to 7p at the restaurant at 12 Vandam St. Fans and customers have been donating in $5 increments over the past few weeks for this purpose, and all of the money will go towards gifting four-packs to those on the front lines. First responders must arrive with proof of employment AND a valid ID. The beer will be given away until it runs out. More info here.
