Gigino at Wagner Park — at the bottom of Battery Park City — is now serving midday lunch takeout from 11:30a to 7:45p. (Thanks to N. for the tip.) And as a clarification, Gigino on Greenwich has been serving this whole time — 3:15p to 8:45p.

I’ll note the restaurant could not be better positioned for the new COVID-era interpretation of the city’s open container law. It’s like the best of New Orleans, but way better because it’s New York.
