CURBSIDE GALLERY TOUR
One Art Space, the gallery space at 23 Warren at Church, will host tours of the newly minted Curbside Canvas Project this weekend, creating an outdoor gallery walk of the art installations at local restaurants spearheaded by local resident Bill Tsapalas. The crawl is this Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 10 and 11, 4 to 6p. There is a also “pre-crawl meetup” at 3:15 at the gallery to see their current show, Art is the Cure. Register for free tickets, since the size of the group is limited by covid regulations. There are now 13 installations, the latest at Bubby’s, above, and 1803, below. One is more fun than the next. ABC7 local news also covered the project.

PAISLEY IS NOW OFFICIALLY OPEN
Paisley, which opened in February but of course had to close, then reopened for takeout in July, is now open for reals, and has also added brunch on weekends. They are seating 40 outside and 18 inside (vs. 74 capacity). The chef is Peter Beck from Tamarind, and he has brought with him wine director Sarah Wolf and head bartender Camilo Torres from Tamarind and Pio Pio 8. More TK as a “new kid” but in the meantime, catch regular dinner hours starting at 5p seven nights. There’s also a Tribeca Hour Monday-Thursday from 4 to 6p with select wines for $9 and cocktails for $10 and small bites for $12.
