How much covering can be added before it becomes as closed in as the inside?
They’re required to be 50% open. Many of the things gs that are going up fail to meet that standard.
And if they enclose all four sides, they are required to follow indoor dining guidelines (i.e., currently 25% capacity).
The hope is to raise indoor capacity to 50% early next month, which would also then apply to outdoor tents that are fully enclosed.
Keep in mind the domes and tents are for one party.
All these domes and tents may seat one party at a time, but not one party per day. Seems like all this weatherproofing would result in virus trapping…
