WOMEN DEMO WEINSTEIN OFFICES
Fortune reports that when Barbara Kavovit — a former real housewife of New York, which is such an odd twist — and her firm Evergreen Construction was hired to demolish the second floor of 99 Hudson, she made sure she had a woman project manager and woman-run trades to do the job. “I had a permanent smile on my face as I watched each wall come down. I took a sledgehammer and started bashing in the walls,” Kavovit told the magazine. “I felt a feeling of triumph, of closure, and rebuilding to make it better. It was a shift to me that as a woman-owned business we got hired to take down Harvey Weinstein’s offices.”
BRADY-BUNDCHEN CLOSING
The Post reports that Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen unloaded their five-bedroom apartment on the 12th Floor of 70 Vestry for $40 million now that Brady plays for Tampa Bay. They bought it in 2018 for $25.46 million. They are keeping a smaller unit in the building.
DERON WILLIAMS SELLS PENTHOUSE
The Post also notes that retired Brooklyn Nets player Deron Williams just sold his 7000-square-foot penthouse at 25 N. Moore for $16.4 million, a bit under the $33M asking price. He paid $15.8 million for it in 2013. It has a climate-controlled wine-tasting room.
ROCKY AT 110 HUDSON
ICYMI, cops were able to catch this racoon after he was stuck out on a ledge at 110 Hudson. How he made the 911 call to begin with, I don’t know. The Daily News reported that he then scurried off. But if you want to read the four-hour version of what happened next, Carl Glassman has all the details — including the finale, which takes place in the Bronx — here.

I thought Harvey’s personal office was in the Tribeca Film Center building…the same building Tribeca Grill is in.
He had two here — the other one was indeed at 375 Greenwich.
