This may be the beginning of a long snowy winter — in one night the city had more accumulation than we got all last year. As always, kids were able to make the most of what qualifies as a hill in Tribeca: the three feet of elevation from the picnic tables to the lawn in Washington Market Park. And the first snowman I spotted was in the newly revealed Bogardus Plaza, where he wore a crafty (get it?) paper bag hat.
