SMORGASBURG RETURNS AT THE OCULUS
Smorgasburg is back at the World Trade Center, on the north side of the Oculus in the plaza, as of today with about five vendors. Fridays, 11a to 7p.

LOOPY DOOPY IS BACK
The Loopy Doopy Rooftop Bar, on the 16th floor of the Conrad facing the river, reopens tonight and adds to the good outdoor options in the nabe. There’s a new seasonal snack menu developed by the hotel’s chef and one of their signature items is the Poptail — boozy ice pops served in prosecco or champagne. Reserve at OpenTable. (Picture from the before times, but we are getting closer to that!)

MORE VACCINES AT THE CONRAD
My daughter got her Pfizer shot at The Conrad, and they just opened up more slots. Super easy. Dates are May 21, 24 and 28. You can link to the date at the Downtown Alliance site, or go right to the city’s vaccine finder.

GOVERNORS ISLAND ADDS PIZZA
Governors Island has added Pizza Yard to its food options — only this is at Colonels Row, the historic part of the island closer to Castle Williams, rather than among the usual selection of food carts at Liggett Terrance. I believe they are out of the Brooklyn Navy Yard. Serving beer and wine. Hours are 10a to 6p daily.
