The hotel on Warren and Greenwich topped out last month, and it seems that it is also named. Firmdale co-owner and creative director Kit Kemp posted the news on her Instagram page, and Warren Street Hotel is on the T-shirts worn by the design team during a topping off ceremony in early February. Firmdale has the Crosby Street Hotel, on … Crosby Street, so it is in that theme. (Then there’s the Whitby on 56th Street.) They have several hotels in London, including the Charlotte Street Hotel.

Also the rendering on Instagram has an interesting color scheme, but Kemp’s caption calls it a “an artist’s impression.” Phew.
