Thanks to M. for the heads up that Blue Bottle Coffee has opened on Hubert and Greenwich, in the space that pre-pandemic had been leased by Dr. Smood’s. More on this shortly.

ELYSE WALKER COMING TO N. MOORE?
Vogue has a story that Elyse Walker, the luxury fashion retailer whose store opened in 1999 in Pacific Palisades, Cali, is opening on what they called “Moore Street” in what Walker called a former drugstore (I have no idea on that one — anyone else?) and she said that she expects people to come in and use the bathroom! “’I’m 100 feet from Bubby’s,’” she told Vogue. “’There’s something very community-oriented about Tribeca.’ The store is scheduled to open early next year. ‘People can come in and say ‘hi’,’ Walker says. ‘This is not a quick sale (concept). We’re not on 57th and Fifth, or Rodeo Drive. We’re in communities where people come in and say, ‘Can we use the bathroom?’”

SKINTOLOGY MED SPA COMING SOON
A Midtown skin care company — Skintology Medspa by Dr. Jennifer Walden — is coming to the elevated storefront at 416 Washington between Laight and Vestry. Their services include body sculpting, sexual wellness, injectables, skin treatments, surgical procedures, and men.

PEDIATRICIAN OPEN ON WASHINGTON?
There’s also a new pediatrician in that same stretch of retail that I had not noticed before. Will stop by and see who it is soonish.
