Sushi Azabu, the charming restaurant (and at one time, sake bar) on Greenwich between Vestry and Laight, is getting a top-to-bottom renovation with a much cleaner, sleeker look. They’ve been working on it for a couple months and should be ready to open in the next few weeks. I will update the post when they have a date.

The menu will be the same for now, but the basement floor will be for the omakase menu only and the street level floor will have the full menu as well as the omakase menu. The sake bar on the ground floor is no longer part of the program.
