Thanks to A.’s sharp eyes on IG: Sixpoint Brewery, the beer makers out of Brooklyn, is opening at taproom in Brookfield Place at 200 Liberty — aiming for late 2023. Someone with a better sense of the streetscape at Brookfield can explain what location this (oddly pink) rendering depicts — is it facing the highway, like Sant Ambroeus? UPDATE: Yes! West and Liberty. Hudson River and Luis came through on the location:
Note this is not a brewery — just a taproom — but still, could be a great addition to Brookfield’s food options, which at this point includes Seamore’s, Del Frisco’s Grille and Parm on Vesey; Liberty Bistro and L’Appart inside Le District; and PJ Clarke’s and Sant Ambroeus.
Sixpoint was founded in 2004 in Red Hook and for years was draft-only at the brewery; they released their first beer in cans in 2010. The company just opened a taproom at City Point — the mall just east of MetroTech on Flatbush in Brooklyn. The 7500-square-foot space will have food and cocktails in addition to the beer, as well as a 2500-square-foot beer garden out front and a retail store for merch, beer and spirits to go.

That looks like it could be right under Tartinery, which would be part of the le Destrict space? But hard to confirm since there are hedges around there that aren’t shown in these renderings.
Looks like that is the bridge (upper left) that crosses the West Side Highway, so guessing this is the corner around the block from the lobby of 200 Liberty facing WTC.
This is at the base of 200 Liberty, which is the southern most building in Brookfield Place. it is the side facing West Street to the East and Liberty to the north, The corner spot has been empty as long as I can remember (many, many years). This is a great addition that will liven up a corner that has had zero activity. Kudos to BP!
