Incredible things are Coming Soon to the former AIG Headquarters at 175 Water Street. The tower is being rebranded with a new address (161 Water) and a new name: WSA (for Water Street Associates).
What’s so special about what’s happening here? It will be a one of a kind building in Manhattan! 700,000 SF focussing on FACT Businesses (Fashion, Art, Culture & Tech). There will be Art Galleries and Art Studios, Recording, Photography, XR and Podcast Studios, Bars and Restaurants, Co-working Lounges, Screening Rooms, Children’s Daycare (for workers in the building), Fitness Center, Spa & Bathhouse, Retail and MORE!
