1 PARK ROW GETTING HIGHER
This was still a hole in the ground in April; now 1 Park Row looks like its got 14 stories, with nine to go. The developers of 1 Park Row won’t share renderings with me, but YIMBY has some here. The work started there in early 2020; DOB records show the building will be 23 stories and 305 feet tall.

LONGTIME LOCANDA VERDE TEAM MEMBER DIES
Andrew Carmellini noted on his Instagram that the restaurant’s first hired team member, Daniel Rodriguez, died this week, apparently by suicide. His daughter, Lily Rodriguez, has set up a GoFundMe to help with funeral expenses.
