Élan Flowers, in its third decade as a Downtown business, will open its new space at 1 Worth at Hudson starting Monday, August 14. More TK when I can stop by and see the completed project.

FASHION SQUAD SCHOOL MOVES ONE BLOCK EAST
The Fashion Squad School, which started on Hudson and has been at 55 Warren since early 2021, has moved one block east to 18 Warren, the former Wall Street Humidor, which closed in 2018. They have doubled their space, which means they can now add more programs. More on the move soon. The cigar shop had been there since 1996.

CHAMBERS TAKING A SUMMER HOLIDAY
Chambers will be closed for the staff’s annual paid holiday between August 19 and 27.

ARCTERYX OPENS AT BROOKFIELD
Arc’teryx, the Canadian outdoor gear company, has opened in Brookfield right near the entrance on Vesey, across from J. Crew. Thanks to A. for the news. The company now has more than 160 branded stores.
