NEW CITY RAT MAP
The city is now posting its rat sightings at Department of Health inspections on the Rat Information Portal. When inspectors spot rats, the location lights up hot pink on the map.

PLAYGARDEN PREP OPENS THIRD LOCATION
Playgarden Prep will open a new location on East 86th Street in September, with 3,000-square-feet of classroom space and an outdoor playground and garden. This is their third spot: they have Tribeca on Franklin and Carnegie Hill on Madison Avenue. The new location will accommodate up to 50 students and offer a range of educational programs tailored to children aged 6 months to 6 years, including enrichment, preschool, pre-kindergarten and kindergarten readiness programs.
