NEW FERRY ROUTE TO SOUTH AMBOY
NY Waterway has opened a new ferry route to South Amboy, NJ, as of Oct. 30. The ferry will arrive/depart eight times each weekday, starting at 6:40am and concluding at 6:30pm. More info here.  I’m not sure where South Amboy is or what you do there but now I want to go.

COMMUNITY BLOCK PARTY AT BROOKLYN BANKS
The friends group that has resurrected the Brooklyn Banks, under the arches of the bridge, will host its first block party this Saturday, November 4, from noon to 4. Gotham Park will host yoga from Lyons Den at Rose and Avenue of the Finest from noon to 1; pickleball pick-up games from noon to 4; live music at 1. Register here.
