MUSEUM OF CHINESE IN AMERICA BUYS ITS BUILDING
The Museum of Chinese in America has bought its building at 215 Centre St. in Chinatown for $51.1 million from a firm called Grand Machinery Exchange, city records show. Department of Finance records also show that the city provided a mortgage of $39.4 million.
The new CEO of the BPCA looks unusually qualified for the role! Quite a departure from the deep pocketed pols that have run the Authority in the past. Very promising!
