What is a social wellness club you ask? It’s a membership-based club that offers social interaction in between wellness treatments such as cryotherapy, ice baths, acupuncture, vitamin drips, saunas, lymphatic drainage and more. And the “world’s first” is coming to Canal at 11 Greene.

Remedy Place, which has a Flatiron and West Hollywood location currently, will open in September in 7400 square feet on the ground floor. The base membership is $350 a month.

The club is taking the corner space at 11 Greene; the space just north is currently David Roytman Luxury Judaica, a fashion house celebrating Jewish culture with about 150 branches worldwide.

Remedy Place was founded by Jonathan Leary, a chiropractor and concierge wellness doctor. His first location, in West Hollywood, opened in 2019; West 21st Street in 2022. The Soho location will accept 75,000 reservations a year — they can’t share the number of members for any of the clubs.
