Bit by bit, the scaffolding and sheds are coming down. Plus a tree is dedicated to Peter Hort; Daily Provisions coming to Hudson Eats; Chabad of Tribeca will host its annual block party.

NEW KID ON THE BLOCK: LAURA GONZALEZ
The noted French interior designer has taken a space on Franklin, adding to the Tribeca Design District. She is also designing Printemps at One Wall.

1 PARK ROW IS MOVING FORWARD AGAIN
The former J&R building on the corner of Ann Street is scheduled to be finished in 2025 after several years of construction.
