The YouTubers/influencers/content producers Any Means Possible — or AMP — have made Tribeca their residence and streaming headquarters. A reader sent me this video of theirs, where they give a tour of their “NYC mansion” — a 10,000-square-foot townhouse with a rooftop view of the neighborhood — for sale for $17.4 million.

It’s not fair to give out the address — they don’t own it, so it’s not public information, and the reveal might cause a stampede of fans — but this location might bump 443 Greenwich from its status as the celebrity dorm.

Of course I had to ask my kids who they are — my daughter couldn’t believe it since she follows one of the crew, the massively successful streamer Kai Cenat. Google’s AI described the group this way: “Any Means Possible (AMP) is a YouTube group of six popular streamers who focus on sports and gaming. The group is known for their innovative content and trendy presence online. Their videos often feature friendly competitions where the members compete against each other in a variety of activities, including cooking, gaming, slamball, bounty hunting, dodgeball, and bootcamp. AMP releases a new video every Monday.”

They were founded in 2019 and now have millions and millions of followers across all the platforms: YouTube, Twitch, Instagram — you name it. In addition to Kai Cenat, there’s Din “Agent 00 Gaming,” Chris “ChrisNxtDoor,” Duke “Duke Dennis Gaming,” Davis “ImDavisss” and Roberto “JustFanum.”

They explain in the video, along with complaints about the new townhouse (no AC, a broken elevator) that they spent four days in a penthouse around the corner before they were kicked out. Then they spent a short time “homeless” before their sponsor, Bang Energy Drink, secured them this spot.

In those few homeless days, Ice Spice visited Kai Cenat while he was broadcasting from the group’s U-Haul trailer.

But they seem pretty psyched about the new digs: “The view is marvelous,” Agent 00 explains. “There is infinite space to do whatever we want to do.” Six floors, seven bedrooms, a roof deck, a basketball court downstairs. “This place is fucking massive,” he adds, “the only negative is the stairs.” And from ChrisNxtDoor: “You’ve never seen a bathroom so futuristic” (though he’s then a bit shocked when he realizes it has no shower).

And perhaps my favorite comment from ImDavisss, “If we get kicked out of here, it will be my final straw with New York.”
