In the News: Where Anna Wintour takes her dogs

WHERE ANNA WINTOUR TAKES HER DOGS
A story in Vogue notes that Anna Wintour’s three goldendoodles have a standing weekly appointment at Pupculture on Hudson. One of her former assistants was charged with staying on top of the comings and goings of her pups. “That meant placing Chewy orders, coordinating vet appointments, and spending lots of time on the phone with the customer service representatives for a pet-tracking device that never seemed to work. I was also in frequent contact with Olaseni Olukogbon, Anna’s dutiful dog-walker, checking in about his hours that week, or when the trainer was meant to come over.”

ASTROLOGY AT THE FACIALIST
The Post reports that facialist Raquel New York on Walker is also offering astrology readings at her salon. From The Post: “Founded by Raquel Medina-Cleghorn, whose fans include Jennifer Lawrence, Emily Ratajkowski and Claire Danes, the pampering parlor housed in a sixth-floor loft on Walker Street is offering clients the option of birth chart readings from esthetician Monica David, along with their luxury facials.”

MORE ON YOUTUBERS ON WARREN
Curbed quoted the TC (those guys are always playing catch-up ;)) in reporting on the YouTubers “Any Means Possible” or AMP streaming out of 75 Warren. I guess they usually post out of what Curbed called a “$2.7 million mansion outside Atlanta that looks like a cheesy Disney castle.” But, they continued, “Kai Cenat is a New York native, and AMP came up with idea of moving here for the summer — a life decision that had them bringing live rats into another rental in July and calling the cops on themselves. A blogger at Tribeca Citizen reported this week — after “ask[ing] my kids who they are” — that AMP are now in the neighborhood, where they’re onto their second luxury rental.”

AN ART-FILLED LOFT
Architectural Digest has a feature on an apartment that I “think” is in 145 Hudson, but counting on you all to know better. From AD: “The commanding Anish Kapoor sculpture inside the living room of this Tribeca apartment is more than decorative. Carved from alabaster in a spherical shape, the striking artwork also signals to visitors of this nearly 3,900-square-foot home the integral role that contemporary art played in shaping its interior design.”

  1. The AD art loft should be in 7 Hubert.

  2. AD apartment is not 145 Hudson – windows don’t match.
