MARTIN WEINSTEIN AT CROSS CONTEMPORARY
Tribecan Martin Weinstein has a show up now called Looking Through Times, an exhibition of recent artworks, at Cross Contemporary Art Projects at 80 White. For decades, Weinstein has been deeply involved in the Downtown art scene. He and his wife, Tereza Liszka, founded the non-profit art center Art In General, which existed until recently on Walker Street, and had lived and painted on White Street. Art in General was dedicated to showing artists whose work was not easily seen by the public.
