HANDSOME RESTORATION AT 103 READE
The former upholstery space at 103 Reade with its unique bay window (there’s probably a better architectural term for that…) got a lovely restoration. Even when that space was occupied, the retail storefront did not look this good.

TELEPHONE SALES & SERVICE GLAM-UP?
The Telephone Sales & Service business on West Broadway and Duane kind of covered up the graffiti that has long been a feature of its windowless facade. So close! One more coat should do it!

GREENING 60 HUDSON
I think these are new? Or are they just returned to the site after the sidewalk bridge came down? Either way, nice to have a bit more green on Hudson and Worth.

TRIBECA KULA TEACHERS STILL IN SOHO
A. wrote to say that she finally got to Kula Yoga Project in Soho and saw many of the same teachers from the Tribeca studio, which closed in September 2020. Not sure where the studio is exactly, but find more info here.
