IPPODO GALLERY COMING TO N. MOORE
Ippodo Gallery is moving from its longtime home on the Upper East to 35 N. Moore in January. The gallery was founded in Tokyo in 1996, then opened in New York in 2008, and represents Japanese master artists making fine handcrafted and rare works created using traditional materials and methods. “Ippodo’s exhibition program features unique objects — fine ceramics, lacquerware, metal crafts, sculpture, paintings, and works on paper — that celebrate human invention, the natural world, and sublime beauty.” More TK when they are finished with the renovation.
