Christmas, as seen through the New Yorker covers at Philip Williams posters

I could — and I have — peruse the posters at Philip Williams eponymous shop on Chambers for hours. But the cheap thrill is in the New Yorker covers he has stocked, which go back to the early ’90s. (You can also search the posters — though not the magazines — online, and search by topic.)

This year we pulled Santas and general scenes of winter. In the past, I’ve culled the skiing-themed covers. I highly recommend this as the most relaxing and joyous experience. Guaranteed, you will find yourself smiling within a couple flips.

Here’s a selection, for your viewing pleasure. Merry Christmas.
