TRIBECA DEVELOPERS…IN INDIA
Because I get news alerts for all things Tribeca, a group with MAGA connections popped up in my feed: Tribeca, “India’s leading design focused real estate developer and committed to crafting iconic landmarks that redefine cityscapes,” their website says. They have developed several properties with Trump’s name on them in Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, etc. “Our alignment with the Trump Organization will give us an unmatched edge in creating quality real estate products for this niche market,” the founder explains on the website. “Trump being a highly visible and renowned developer is also a standalone luxury brand. Everything that bears the Trump name commands a premium. So what this alignment actually brings to the table besides world class expertise and quality is tremendous brand value and global media attention.” No mention of what “Tribeca” brings to the table…

PLANNING FOR THE SEMIQUINCENTENNIAL
A non-profit called Sail4th 250 is in the midst of a $30 million fundraising campaign for the celebration of the country’s 250th anniversary, and the main events will take place in New York Harbor. Events will run from July 3-8, 2026, and will feature a flotilla of 30 tall ships, the Blue Angels aerial review, fireworks, food festivals and public access to the vessels. Regional planners expect 8 to 10 million spectators to line the 15-mile New York/New Jersey shoreline to view the July 4th parade of tall ships and naval vessels.

SURVIVOR STORIES AT THE MUSEUM OF JEWISH HERITAGE
On International Holocaust Remembrance Day, the Museum of Jewish Heritage launched Survivor Stories: An Interactive Dialog — an AI-powered installation and web resource that allows audiences to engage in conversation with 10 real Holocaust survivors through recorded videos. Developed in partnership with USC Shoah Foundation and USC Libraries, the project was unveiled during a gathering of more than 200 Holocaust survivors commemorating the 80th anniversary of Auschwitz’s liberation.
