Seen & Heard: Greenwich sidewalk coming along

GREENWICH SIDEWALK COMING ALONG
Vaults are a bitch. The sidewalk along Greenwich between Franklin and Harrison is coming along. It’s been ages: it was torn up when Hashi Market opened, and that was just about a year ago.

RITUAL DENTAL ADDS A PEDIATRIC DENTIST
Ritual Dental, the new dentist on Greenwich and Duane, has added a pediatric dentist to its practice: Dr. Sara Rasamimari. Dr. Rasamimari has a bachelor’s in public health from Indiana University, her DMD from Midwestern University and completed her residency at NYU. She has done research in minimally invasive dentistry, a paper that was published by the Journal of American Dental Association.

KEEPING THE HUDSON OUT
J. sent these photos of City Vineyard, which was testing its flood protection walls that hopefully it will never have to use.

PRICING REVEALED FOR 80 CLARKSON
Yes, out of the district but I track this one because of Pier 40 and how it plus Google still make that corner unrecognizable: 80 Clarkson, the site on the north side of Houston, is rising up to its 490-foot pinnacle. Designed by COOKFOX Architects and developed by Zeckendorf Development, Atlas Capital, and The Baupost Group, the site will eventually be a $1.25 billion complex with a 37- and 45-story tower rising 420 and 490 feet and will have 112 condos and 175 affordable senior living homes and commercial on the lower levels. The senior living will be in the tower called 570 Washington; the condos will be in 80 Clarkson. Bloomberg has the pricing on the condos — the cheapest will be a $6.755 million two-bedroom and the most expensive (so far) is a $63 million five-bedroom on the whole 31st floor of the west tower.

  1. The least expensive of those is a $6.755 million two-bedroom apartment with just over 1,900 square feet (177 square meters) of space. The largest price tag is $63 million for a five-bedroom spread spanning the whole 31st floor of the west tower, with nearly 7,000 square feet indoors plus almost 600 square feet of outdoor space.
Apartments are being marketed quietly starting this month, according to a person familiar with the effort.
