A DE NIRO SELLS AT 60 COLLISTER
The Real Deal reports that Claudine De Niro, the ex-wife of Raphael, has entered into contract for her condo at 60 Collister for $8 million. The couple bought the home in 2012 for $3.5 million; Claudine, an agent at Compass, listed it for $7.8 million in 2023. From The Real Deal: “The buyers are the owners of the building’s most well-known unit, a triplex maisonette known as the ‘Marble House,’ according to a source familiar with the transaction. The unit’s owners, who bought the 80-foot-wide home for over $17 million in 2022, will likely combine the two units.”

CAR JACKING ON WEST AND BARCLAY
The Trib reports that police have released photos of two men, suspects in a car jacking on West at Barclay in February. She was forced out of her car, a BMW X5, and the suspects then drove north.

160 WATER CONVERSION NEAR COMPLETE
Yimby reports that Pearl House, the office to residential conversion at 160 Water, is nearly complete. From Yimby: “Designed by Gensler and developed by Vanbarton Group, the project involved the construction of a three-story rooftop expansion atop an existing midcentury tower and the conversion of its 525,000 square feet of office space to yield 588 rental units. The property is located at the corner of Water and Fletcher streets.”
