SPOTTED: TWO KIDS AND A DOG IN GCT
I was trotting through Grand Central and spotted an outpost of Two Kids and a Dog, the toy store that opened here in 2022. Owner Natalia Jacobs opened her original store in 2014 in Dumbo. Also, she is currently looking for a new Tribeca space in the Chambers area…

VE SOLUTIONS ON WARREN
The engineering firm VE Solutions has the ground floor space at 50 Warren. (Maybe they have been there forever? But I just noticed!) The company worked on the Four Seasons on Church, One57 and the International Gem Tower in the Diamond District on 47th Street, among others.

NEW BARBER ON BROADWAY?
I had never noticed Undercut, the barbers at 350 Broadway and Leonard… Thinking it’s new since the tobacco and candy sign is still up. See the prices here. There’s also Royal Hair Salon, which opened up the block just a year ago.

A FREE BURGER AT 11 AM
