DOWNTOWN DOG SHOW AT BOGARDUS
The Friends of Bogardus Plaza will host its annual dog show on May 4 from 3 to 4:30. The fee is $15 to enter. Prizes will be given in eight categories, including best dressed, waggiest tail and senior superstar. Every category entry also earns a raffle ticket for a chance to win one of six prizes. THE BATTERY GALA IS SET FOR JUNE 4
The Battery will celebrate 10 years of the SeaGlass Carousel at its gala on Wednesday, June 4, which is its major fundraiser. There will be cocktails at the SeaGlass Terrace, rides on the carousel and a farm-to-table dinner in the Bosque tent. Private donations fund 100% of The Battery’s maintenance, gardens, and educational programs. Buy tickets or donate here.

ART & SCIENCE FAIR FOR KIDS IN BPC
Battery Park City will host a free science fair for kids on Saturday, April 26, at 10:30a at the Rockefeller Park basketball Court. Kids can explore interactive art stations, try simple science experiments and enjoy outdoor play zones.
